Pluris Technology was founded by Brian Richter. He started his career in Information Technology in 1998 after graduating from Vincennces University. He worked with several large IT companies in Indianapolis before joining the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown in 2004 as a Systems Manager. He was quickly promoted to the Director of Event Technology and Information Systems. While at the Marriott, he learned the importance of customer service and realized its absence in the IT field. In early 2008, he joined the Pluris Companies umbrella to start an IT company with an emphasis on customer service.
